  • 干湿模式自动切换 Automatic switching between wet and dry mode

    在冬天或者在过渡季节,室外温度较低的条件下,室外空气通过与室内机房气流进行热交换,把室内机房热量排出室外。在温度较高时,机组自动启动喷淋模式,通过蒸发换热及空气交货将室内机房热量排出。

    In winter or in transitional seasons, when the outdoor temperature is low, the outdoor air exchanges heat with the airflow in the indoor equipment room to remove the heat from the indoor equipment room. When the temperature is high, the unit automatically starts the spray mode, and the heat in the indoor equipment room is discharged through evaporative heat exchange and air delivery.

  • 直膨或冷水盘管运行模式 Straight expansion or cold-water coil operation mode

    在湿模式无源热交换情况下无法达到机房温度的情况下,启动蒸发冷直膨或者冷水盘管运行模式,对机房进行制冷降温。

    When the temperature of the equipment room cannot be reached under the passive heat exchange in the wet mode, by starting the evaporative cold direct expansion or cold-water coil operation mode to cool the equipment room.

     

 

原理介绍 Principle Description

                          

机房高温空气通过双源蒸发冷机组调温后送入机房,双源蒸发冷机组通过PLC控制程序判断、识别、指令蒸发冷无源换热器、有源换热器、喷淋系统及空气强对流系统正常工作,达到精准控温和节能;

The high-temperature air is sent to the equipment room after being temperature-adjusted by the dual-source evaporative cooling unit. The dual-source evaporative cooling unit is judged, identified, and commanded by the PLC control program for the evaporative passive heat exchanger, active heat exchanger, spray system and air convection system works normally to achieve precise temperature control and energy saving;
